Introducing 0’07” Records

In 1994 Slovenly founder Pete(r) Menchetti started putting out records on his first label, 702 Records.

The label was named after the telephone code for Nevada, but the name lost meaning a few years later when 702 was switched to Las Vegas and 775 was assigned to the rest of the state. The name was already uninteresting and unoriginal, so the change (and a desire for a fresh – and raunchier – start) helped give birth to Slovenly.

25 years later, we’re now changing 702 to 0’07”, which has plenty more meaning for a punk label from Skeeno. If you get it, you get it!

Our first release is for fans of the band FALL SILENT – Levi Damon and co. have a rippin’ new side project called SMITH GRIND.

Follow them at @smithgrindreno and stand by for more news!

0’07” will not have social media, but we’ll publish our releases on 702records.bandcamp.com along with streaming platforms.
