TO THE UNDERGROUND*
The Underground
is run by a French dude named Remi. He's from Paris, and no
one understands why he's in Reno, but he seems to be having fun...
His club has a big showroom in the front and a peculiar multilevel
bar, with a smaller stage, in the back. A guy named Doug is
the soundman. He used to work for REO Speedwagon, so you know he can
handle sound in the showroom -- and the back-to-back nonstop barrage
of bands between the two stages. Buy him an Irish Carbomb if you think
he does a good job. Drinks, incidentally, are gonna be extra-cheap
for you lushes: two bucks for a PBR; three bucks for a well
drink! The Underground is located in the State of Nevada,
which means that you can smoke at the bar, and drink until they close
(and they won't be closing if you're drinking). Take
